One of Us

I am so thankful that I know and have a relationship with a God and King who desired to be with us by becoming one of us. So many people have an idea that God is distant; uncaring. This couldn’t be further from the truth! The God of the Bible is one of love and forgiveness and relationship. So much so, that He desired (read that again) to be one of us and be with us. All to rescue us. Why? So we could one day be with Him. No earthly love can compare. No earthly king can compare, either. No manufactured god can compare. The one true God saved me – what can I do but live my life for the One who loved me enough to leave the glory and riches of heaven to become a human like me to save me? Hebrews 2:9. John 6:51. Luke 19:10. John 16:27-28. John 3:16. Philippians 2:5-11.
