The Best Gift

At a concert in a local church, my child knew their grandma was on stage singing. The church asked for a love offering for the singing group. My child wrote their name on the line of the offering envelope and simply put a note inside stating, “Love You,” knowing it would go to their grandma. Instead of putting money inside, my child put in something much more valuable – Love. Sometimes we feel inadequate when we don’t have the monetary means of providing for someone in need, but the best gift we can give one another is love! Reach out to someone today and let them know that you love and cherish them – the impact you’ll have in their hearts and in heaven is priceless.

John 13:34-35, 1 Corinthians 13:13, John 15:12, 1 John 4:7.
